“There's no way I'm getting into real estate," I thought to myself. “That’s for shady salespeople.”

I was a confident 27-year-old with an architecture degree, who had spent his first five years after college in the non-profit sector. I hadn’t yet bought my own house, so all I knew about real estate agents were the stereotypes you see on TV. A career in sales wasn’t exactly calling my name.

Thanks to a wise mentor, I realized that real estate was actually the perfect combination of my passions: architecture and advocating for others. I learned how much could go wrong during a real estate transaction—the largest financial move that most of us will ever make—and I was determined to become the best advisor possible. I dove in head-first.

Ten years later, our boutique team has sold hundreds of homes in the Triangle, and now helps clients transact over $20 million in real estate volume each year. We have been trusted by multiple professional athletes, have established our track record in the luxury sector, and have been invited to speak to thousands of realtors across the country at various conferences and workshops.
